Job description:
Proficiency in administrative and office management, ensuring smooth workflows and operations
Experience in account management and professional client communication
Handling daily accounting entries in Tally ERP (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments)
Maintaining cash book, bank book, and ledgers accurately
Performing bank reconciliation statements
Managing accounts payable and receivable follow-ups
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Reviewing and verifying employee expenses on a monthly basis
Coordinating with CA for finalisation of accounts
Preparing and filing GST returns
Handling TDS calculation and filing
Ensuring compliance with income tax, GST, and other statutory regulations
Maintaining records of invoices, vouchers, and statutory documents
Managing stock records and dispatching materials to employees and distributors
Overseeing overall administration and office management activities
Tally ERP 9 Certification is mandatory
