Job Description

Role Overview: As an AP Analyst, your main responsibility will involve invoice entry and processing within agreed timelines and accuracy as per the Service Level Agreement. You will follow process documentation while working on daily invoice entry and quality audit, maintain the general mailbox, prepare system-driven reports to be sent to the business line, and back up reports after data entry. Additionally, you will prepare and review functional process documents, capture exceptions during processing, record received documentation, identify and resolve queries in a timely manner, and track user acceptance while supporting issue investigation.
