Senior Accounts Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining Balance Sheet, P&L accounts, and MIS reports. You will ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations. Handling assessments related to GST, TDS, and other financial matters will also be part of your duties. Working on Tally ERP for precise financial record-keeping and coordinating with auditors for audits will be essential. Additionally, you will provide financial insights to support management in decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet, P&L accounts, and MIS reports - Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations - File returns and handle assessments related to GST, TDS, etc - Work on Tally ERP for accurate financial record-keeping - Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits - Provide financial insights and support management in decision-making Qualification Required: - Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/CA/CA Inter preferred) - 5-8 years of experience in accounting & finance (Real Estate industry experience preferred) - Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, Balance Sheet preparation, and cash handling - Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a team Additional Company Details: The company prefers candidates with 8 years of experience in accounting and 6 years of experience in the real estate industry.
