Senior Accounts Manager

As a Senior Accounts Manager joining our finance team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the organization's accounting operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, managing tax compliance, and leading a team of accounting professionals. You will be expected to prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, provide financial analysis to senior management, and ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions. Additionally, you will be responsible for reconciling bank statements, maintaining internal controls, coordinating external audits, overseeing tax filings, and staying updated on tax regulations. Your role will also involve managing and mentoring the accounting team, providing training on accounting software and procedures, monitoring company cash flow, and optimizing working capital. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial role. Proficiency with accounting software like ZOHO Books and Google Workspace, a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting are essential skills required for this role. The working hours for this position are from 9 am to 6 pm, and it is a full-time permanent job with benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund.
