Senior Accounts Executive

As a Senior Accounts Executive at Programmers.IO, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of accounting, including journal entries and bookkeeping. You must ensure the accuracy of all accounts entries and rectify any irregularities. Knowledge of GST, Eway Bill, TDS, Tally, MS EXCEL, and MS Word is essential, along with experience in Direct & Indirect Taxes and Indian direct tax compliances. You will be required to prepare regular reports and summaries of all accounting aspects, handle EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, NPS, and Meal Wallet cases, assist in finalizing accounts, ensure proper TDS deduction and timely tax deposit, manage workload independently, multitask efficiently to meet deadlines, and possess good written and spoken communication skills. A minimum academic score of 60% is preferred, along with the ability to learn quickly and excellent time management skills. Qualifications for this role include being a CA Fresher, CA Intermediate, MBA-Finance, or CA with 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have expertise in CA, EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, NPS, Meal Wallet, GST, Eway Bill, TDS, Tally, MS EXCEL, MS Word, accounting, and bookkeeping.
