Company Name : Match Graphics Pvt Ltd Location: Changodar Reporting To: CFO Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Executive Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in core accounting functions, Internal Control and Inventory Management. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage complex accounting tasks, Internal Control, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide valuable insights to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Core Accounting: o Oversee and manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. o Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents. o Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. o Monitor and ensure accuracy of financial transactions and records. 2. Financial Analysis and Reporting: o Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. o Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management review. o Provide recommendations based on financial data to support strategic decision-making. 3. Compliance and Internal Controls: o Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. o Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial reporting. o Participate in internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations. 4. Team Collaboration and Support: o Mentor and train junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed. o Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.

2 o Assist in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required by management. Qualifications: ¢ Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Any Post Graduation or Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is preferred. 4-5 years of progressive accounting experience with a strong understanding of core accounting principles. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ¢ ¢ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. ¢ ¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. Proficiency in Companies Act and Commercial Law will be added advantage. Working Conditions: ¢ ¢ Full-time position with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required. Office-based with potential for hybrid work arrangements, depending on company policy.
