Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Prepare Salary Statement, PF Account, Worker Salary, Daily wages for Worker
  • Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Buffer Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Trails Balance, work, Scrutiny of Desperation, Fixed Assets.
  • LLP & Pvt Ltd Companies all accounting (TDS / TCS / GST / PTEC / PTRC & all other day to day routine work bank reconciliation / cheque / vendors payment / debtors creditors / online payment NEFT / RTGS / making bills & maintain stock / complete accounting tally entries, sales, purchase, jv, receipt , payment entries, coordination with CA/ CS
  • Director Personal accounting ( Long term/ Short term / Dividend / Shares / Contract Note / LIC / Mediclaim / home loan / vehicle loan / Electricity payment / Computation / Balance sheet / Profit and loss a/c. )
  • PF / ESIC / Salary / Bonus / Gratuity Work.
  • Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
  • Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
  • Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
  • Computing taxes.
  • Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
  • Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Must be well versed with bookkeeping and accounting.
  • Able to book Income and Expenses
  • Critical Thinking Skills
  • Ability to Prepare Financial Statements
  • Able to handle TDS and GST, and return filing
  • Able to give MIS reports to management
  • Well-versed with MS Excel.
