Role: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Accounts

Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day accounting
• To ensure invoices are raised on a timely basis – Accounts receivable
• Preparation of TDS, GST and other compliance related base workings and related payments
• Following up with respective teams for vendor invoices and booking in the Oracle Fusion
• Following up for the payments from debtors
• Support in audit functions (Statutory audit, Tax audit, GST audit, Internal audit)
• Bank reconciliation and payments
• Preparation of timely reconciliation with respect to the accounting data
• Timely closing of books of accounts and preparation of schedules with respect to expenses/balance sheet (FAR/Investment/Provision of expenses).
• Bank related work and coordination with the bank

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• 4-5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor in Commerce / Masters in Commerce / CA Inter / MBA Finance
• knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Accounting Software (Tally and Oracle).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Working experience with CA firm is preferred
