Senior Accounts Executive

Should Have the following knowledge

1) GSTR-1; GSTR-2A; GSTR-3B; GSTR-9(ANUAL); GSTR - 9C(AUDIT REPORT) - WORKOUT , FILING , PAYMENT. SHOULD ALSO BE WELL VERSED WITH OTHER DIRECT AND INDIRECT TAXES.

2) ACCOUNTING COMPLAINCE AND MANAGEMENT :

Purchase , Sales, DN/CN, journal, ledgers,contra , bank reconcilation,Accounts receivable and payable, debtors & Creditors, processing vendors & Expenses payments based on due dates and credit periods, maintaining track of outstandings based on credit period and due dates.

3) INCOME TAX RETURN FILINGS.

4)IMPORT DOCUMENTATIONS:

Bill of entry, Commercial Invoice, Import license, Packing list, checking and finalizations, PO, B/L, AWB , LC, Bill of exchange, insurance , technical or litrature, industrial license; Preparing and sub,ission of import documents to bank and forex payment for euro, USD etc. Solving discrepancies , bank queries related to forex payments etc. Knowledge of logistic shipment of container, calculating profitability of Sale/Purchase.

5) PREPARING OF SKU MRPS DEPENDING ON THE IMPORT RATES ETC

6) INVENTORY AND STOCK IN AND OUT TALLY AND HANDLING.

7) PROJECTS,TENDERS, REGISTRATIONS , COMMERCIAL & ADMIN WORK:

Compliance of documentation for new vendors, tenders & projects registration with govt parties. Maintaining projects financial accounting work up to completion / Finalization of projects, Renewal of licenses. Co- ordination with managers , propriter, partner,director etc

8) MONTHLY CLAIM BILLS FINALIZATIONS OF DISTRIBUTORS

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
