Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to handle accounting operations, GST/TDS compliance, ITR working, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, be capable of working independently, and possess prior experience in a CA firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and reconciliations.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and perform GST reconciliations.
• Handle TDS deduction, payment, and return filing.
• Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR).
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and tax audits.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and ITR filing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting principles.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in a CA firm will be highly preferred.
• Experience with Zoho Books will be an added advantage.
