We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations. This role will oversee the general ledger, ensure compliance with accounting standards, manage monthly/quarterly close processes, and support financial reporting, audit readiness and SOX compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting expertise, leadership experience, and a proactive mindset for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including but not limited to: sales tax, cash, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, debt, and intercompany transactions.
Lead the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
Prepare and/or review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and external auditors during audits and reviews.
Support and lead accounting-related projects, such as system upgrades, process improvements, and policy documentation.
Analyze complex accounting issues and provide recommendations in line with industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
Experience with ERP systems.
Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
