Accountant to support our business operations. The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices, processing payroll for W2 and 1099 employees, handling reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with US accounting standards. The accountant will also generate monthly financial reports, coordinate with internal teams on timesheet and billing issues, and work with external CPAs and auditors as needed.
Candidates should have strong knowledge of QuickBooks or similar software, payroll processes, and compliance requirements
