Job Description

As a Senior Accountant at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing general accounting operations with a focus on preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and supporting audits and budgeting processes. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Manage general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations - Support month-end and year-end close processes - Ensure compliance with tax regulations, and internal policies - Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning - Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures - Lead or support finance-related projects and system improvements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience - Solid knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures - Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP and Excel - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills In addition to the above, our company is located in Somanur, Coimbatore and we offer benefits such as Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule.
