Job Description

As a Senior Accountant at Shah & Thar LLP, Chartered Accountants, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in taxation, accounting, and financial advisory, you will have the opportunity to work in Direct and Indirect Tax Compliance, Tax Audits, Concurrent Audits, and Project Finance. This role provides a dynamic and learning-oriented environment to support your professional growth. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and file GST Returns, TDS Returns, and Income Tax Returns. - Assist in Tax Audits, Statutory Audits, and Concurrent Audits. - Prepare CMA data, project reports, and financial projections for bank finance. - Conduct account reconciliations and finalize books of accounts. - Draft and submit replies to departmental notices and audit queries. - Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, and other statutory laws. - Coordinate with clients, bankers, and authorities for smooth assignment execution. Qualification Required: - Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com - CA Inter / CA Dropout / CA Article Completed candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, taxation, or audit (preferably in a CA firm). - Sound understanding of Direct & Indirect Taxes, Accounting Standards, and Audit Procedures. - Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software. - Strong analytical ability, communication, and drafting skills. - Capable of handling multiple assignments with accuracy and responsibility.
