As a Financial Manager at Masters India Private Limited, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. - Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and other financial performance metrics for management review. - Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable financial targets. - Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, helping to drive business decisions and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. - Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional development. - Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
