Job Description

As a Financial Manager at Masters India Private Limited, located in Wada, Palghar (Mumbai), you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the company. You will be responsible for overseeing the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Your expertise will be utilized to prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and other financial performance metrics for management review. Your role will involve developing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to establish realistic financial targets. Your strategic financial guidance will be instrumental in assisting senior management with business decisions and identifying opportunities for both cost savings and revenue growth. In addition to your financial responsibilities, you will be tasked with leading and mentoring a team of accounting professionals. Your leadership will cultivate a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional development within the team. Furthermore, you will be the primary point of contact for liaising with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities as necessary. To excel in this role, you are expected to possess qualifications such as a Qualified CA, Semi Qualified CA, M.Com, MBA in Finance, CMA, ICWA, or CS.
