Job Description

A. Job Skills 1. Posting Accounting entries like Journal, Cash, Bank, Sales, Purchase and inventory vouchers in Tally. 2. GST Matters: Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR 3B, GSTR-4 returns and preparing reconciliations with parties and filing Annual Returns like GSTR-9 and 9C and filing replies to various notices independently and manage assessments etc. 3. Complete knowledge of TDS and TCS matters with filing of returns. 4. Bank reconciliations. 5. Auditing knowledge and audit Report Prepration. 6. Accounts Receivable and Payables and reconciliations. 7. Invoicing and Eway Bills etc along with E Invoicing. 8. Updated knowledge of GST, TDS and Income tax rules and filings etc. 9. Knowledge and handling of of ROC matters is an added advantage. B. Additional Knowledge 1. Expert knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word. 2. Internet, Email Google workspace etc. 3. Knowledge of various computer settings and tools required for online filings like Java, emsigner etc. and using digital signatures etc. 4. Strong communications skills. Proficiency in English Written and Spoken. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of team. Ability to plan, organize and schedule own jobs as well as his/her team’s jobs and taking reports from his/her team on daily basis. 6. Strong leadership skills. Able to manage a team of 10-12 Accountants independently and ready to manage the office functions independently. 7. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
