Senior Accountant

You are an experienced Senior Accountant with over 10 years of expertise in managing the financial aspects of large-scale construction companies. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the financial health of our organization by overseeing accounts, reconciliations, audits, tax filings, and financial reporting across various projects and sites. Your key responsibilities will include handling high-volume bookkeeping and financial management for multiple construction sites, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations, maintaining site-wise stock records using construction ERPs, tracking and managing construction materials, inventory, and costs efficiently, collaborating with project managers to monitor budgeting, costing, and forecasting, and conducting financial analysis to support business decisions. The ideal candidate we are looking for should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting within the construction industry, possess expertise in managing large financial books with multiple project sites, demonstrate a strong understanding of construction materials and inventory management, have experience with construction ERP systems for stock and finance management, be well-versed in GST, taxation, and compliance, proficient in accounting software such as Tally, ERP, or similar, exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and have the ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
