Financial Accounting & Reporting
* Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.* Prepare and finalize *monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements* in compliance with banking/fintech industry norms.* Ensure accuracy of trial balance, P\&L statements, and balance sheets.* Manage accruals, provisions, and deferred revenue recognition.Banking & Treasury Management* Monitor *escrow accounts, virtual accounts (VANs), settlement accounts*, and related banking transactions.* Handle reconciliation of *payouts, pay-ins, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, UPI, and card transactions*.* Track fund flows, settlement cycles, and maintain adequate liquidity controls.* Support treasury functions including cash flow planning and fund allocation.Compliance & Audit* Ensure compliance with * accounting standards (Ind-AS/IFRS), and statutory regulations*.* Coordinate with internal auditors, statutory auditors, and regulatory bodies.* Prepare MIS reports for management, investors, and banking partners.* Support in *VAPT, financial due diligence, and audit queries*.Process & Controls* Implement strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risk.* Automate reconciliation and reporting workflows using financial tools/software.* Mentor junior accountants and finance executives, providing leadership and review support.Preferred Skills* Experience in working with *payment aggregators, NBFCs, or banks*.* Knowledge of *taxation (GST, TDS), ROC filings, and RBI reporting formats*.* Exposure to *fintech reconciliations (UPI, IMPS, card settlements, VAN transactions)*.* Ability to build scalable finance processes for high-volume transactions.
