Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accounts Executive at IAS/EAS group companies, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations. Your duties will involve financial management, accounting, budgeting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting. You will ensure the accuracy of financial records, comply with tax regulations, and work with local auditors to ensure compliance. Your financial insights will play a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making. Flexibility in working hours is required to meet operational needs. Key Responsibilities: - Financial Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records, ledger entries, reconciliations, and compliance with local accounting standards. - Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans tailored to operational needs. - Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to Indian tax laws, international tax obligations, timely tax returns filing, and GST compliance. - Financial Reporting: Generate consolidated financial statements and detailed reports for management review. - Auditing: Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits, efficiently addressing audit queries. - Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses to identify trends, variances, and cost optimization opportunities. - Compliance: Ensure full adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards. - Team Management: Lead, mentor, and oversee the finance team, fostering skill development and collaboration. - Financial Strategy: Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making for growth and sustainability. Qualifications: - CA/CMA/ICWA-qualified candidates or those who have cleared the intermediate level and are pursuing final certification. - Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably with auditing experience. - Candidates available for immediate joining will be given priority.
