Senior Accountant & Compliance Lead

As a Senior Accountant & Compliance Lead at Zapnosys AI & 5ive.ai, your role will involve maintaining the financial health of the company and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will work closely with the founding team to keep our operations financially disciplined and fully compliant. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain books of accounts using Tally or Zoho - Oversee GST, TDS, PF/ESI filings, and monthly reconciliations - Manage financial audits, internal MIS, and statutory compliance - Coordinate with external CA, legal, and compliance teams - Monitor cash flow, expense reports, and budgeting - Ensure timely, accurate, and investor-ready financial reporting Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of hands-on accounting & compliance experience, preferably in a startup environment - Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, Excel, and Google Sheets - Strong understanding of Indian tax laws and financial regulations - High integrity, process orientation, and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables - Clear communication and strong coordination skills About Zapnosys AI & 5ive.ai: Zapnosys AI is focused on revolutionizing how education is delivered in India, with a special emphasis on Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities.
