Senior Accountant & Compliance Lead

As a Senior Accountant & Compliance Lead at Zapnosys AI & 5ive.ai, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing the financial health and compliance of the organization. Working directly with the founding team, your attention to detail and fiscal discipline will be crucial to our operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain books of accounts using Tally or Zoho preferred software - Oversee GST, TDS, PF/ESI filings, and monthly reconciliations - Manage financial audits, internal MIS, and statutory compliance - Collaborate with external CA, legal, and compliance teams - Monitor cash flow, expense reports, and budgeting - Ensure timely, accurate, and investor-ready financial reporting **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on accounting & compliance experience, preferably in a startup environment - Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, Excel, and Google Sheets - Strong understanding of Indian tax laws and financial regulations - High integrity, process orientation, and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and take full ownership of deliverables - Clear communication and strong coordination skills In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to lead in a fast-scaling, mission-driven company.
