Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including
AP/AR, ledger, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management
.
Prepare and maintain
project-wise accounts
, customer advances, and collections.
Handle
GST, TDS, RERA compliances
, and ensure timely filing of returns.
Prepare and analyze
MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts
for management review.
Monitor
revenue recognition as per real estate regulations (Ind-AS 115)
.
Manage statutory and internal audits; ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with banks for
project loans, fund disbursements, and interest calculations
.
Ensure compliance with all
statutory requirements
and company policies.
Supervise and guide the accounts team; ensure accuracy in bookkeeping.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) preferred.
Experience:
410 years in accounting, with at least 3+ years in the
real estate sector
.
Strong knowledge of
RERA, GST, TDS, and real estate taxation
.
Familiarity with
ERP / Tally / SAP
or real estate-specific accounting software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
