Job Summary

Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients across residential societies, commercial complexes, construction sites, educational institutions, hospitals, etc.
Conduct field visits, cold calls, and client meetings to promote security guard services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals.
Negotiate terms of service agreements with clients.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Keep records of sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (experience in security services or manpower industry preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and persuasive.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Familiarity with local markets and customer preferences.
Own vehicle (preferred for client visits).
Basic computer and reporting skills.
