Job Description

Key Skills: IFRS reporting, IFRS, US GAAP, Financial Reporting Roles and Responsibilities: Support the end-to-end Intragroup Retrocession (IGR) Life & Health (L&H) process for both IFRS and statutory reporting requirements. Contribute to the preparation and delivery of IFRS 17 results for Group and local entities. Provide ongoing support for business-as-usual (BAU) activities alongside IFRS-related responsibilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Global Carrier Management, Actuarial Team, Reinsurance FP&A, Regional Reinsurance Finance teams, and Finance IT. Participate in process simplification initiatives and support automation efforts to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of financial close processes in accordance with group standards. Exercise decision-making authority within defined practice areas and delegated responsibilities. Continuously develop system knowledge and maintain technical proficiency to support reporting requirements. Experience Requirement: 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting. Previous experience in the insurance or reinsurance sector is highly preferred. Proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional, global teams. Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Education: 10th, 12th, CA, B.Com.
