Job Description

ONLY MUMBAI BASED CANDIDATE APPLY

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting and compliance for group of companies (6–7 entities including sister concerns). The ideal candidate should be hands-on with finalisation of accounts, preparation of financial statements, statutory compliance, and reporting.

KRA

Handle end-to-end accounting for multiple group companies and sister concerns.
Finalisation of accounts on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Ensure timely statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PT, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.).
Manage consolidation of accounts where required.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities.
Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Provide MIS, financial analysis, and reports to management.
Supervise junior team members (if applicable) and ensure timely deliverables.

Experience : Minimum 5 years in accounts & compliance
