As a Senior Account Executive, your role involves selling the full portfolio of Success Cloud offerings to designated accounts. You must be a strategic thinker with exceptional enterprise, commercial, and cross-functional skills. Your main objective is to earn the trust of customers and become their trusted advisor to help them derive significant business value from their Salesforce investment. Your success will be measured by year-over-year growth in overall services bookings and revenue. - Exceed CSG Success Cloud growth and bookings, ensuring organizational health and customer satisfaction goals as a regional leader - Utilize industry expertise and business acumen to understand customer motivation, business drivers, strategic goals, and desired outcomes - Engage customers, particularly C-Level executives, using a consultative selling approach to establish long-term trusted advisor relationships - Create a compelling vision and effectively communicate transformative solutions to drive significant success and business value for customers - Develop and manage territory and personalized account plans aligned with customer business goals, forecast accurately, build a pipeline, and progress opportunities for Success Cloud revenue growth - Build strong relationships with License Sales and regional Alliances/Partner organizations for mutual success - Demonstrate collaboration, leadership, and achieve overall business results. - 15+ years of consultative sales experience with a track record of consistently exceeding quota - 5+ years of experience in selling and/or delivering professional services for a strategic consulting firm or large-scale system integrator - Proven ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships as a trusted advisor - Experience in growing accounts with large and complex pursuits - Highly collaborative, excels in a complex, matrixed environment - Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment.,
