Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key client accounts.Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet those needs.Lead meetings with clients to discuss project progress, challenges, and new opportunities.Identify opportunities for account growth and work to upsell additional services or products.Monitor and ensure client satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Create and present regular reports on account performance, including metrics, KPIs, and goals.Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.Provide support in contract negotiations, renewals, and service agreements.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with the most relevant solutions.Assist with client onboarding and training to ensure successful implementation of services/products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role.Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts and delivering exceptional customer service.
Budgeting and forecasting, tax compliance,MIS reporting, financial modeling, ERP/accounting software proficiency,cash flow and fund management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
