Location: Mayapuri, Delhi
Department: Social Media Strategy (Brand Solutions)
Reports to: Lead Account Manager
Budget: ₹5–6 LPA (Based on experience)
Shift: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Preferred Candidate: Female with prior agency experience (Delhi-based)

About the Company:
Epigroww Global is a marketing agency working with top Ecommerce and D2C brands. We specialize in social media strategy, content creation, performance-driven campaigns, shoots & video production, and brand communication. We work closely with brand teams and production units to deliver high-impact results.

Role Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Account Manager to lead client accounts, create social media strategies, manage teams, and ensure smooth execution of brand projects. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and experience in handling content and shoot workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop social media strategies and monthly content plans.
• Manage client communication and maintain strong relationships.
• Lead end-to-end campaign and content execution.
• Manage and mentor junior team members.
• Coordinate brand shoots and video/content production.
• Monitor social media performance and share insights.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Social Media Strategy (agency preferred).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and content trends.
• Proven client servicing and communication skills.
• Team leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with shoots and content production.
• Analytical, organised, proactive, and accountable.
