Location: Mayapuri, Delhi (On-site)

Reports to: Lead Account Manager
Shift: Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Experience: 2–4 Years (Agency experience preferred)
Budget: Up to 9 LPA

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer passionate about creating visually compelling content for digital marketing. You will be a key contributor to our daily creative output, supporting a consistent and engaging brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality digital assets including social media creatives, static ads, website banners, email templates, and presentation decks.
• Ensure all designs strictly follow brand guidelines for color palettes, typography, and visual style.
• Optimize creatives for multiple platforms such as websites, Instagram Stories, and LinkedIn posts.
• Support the senior design team by organizing and maintaining the digital asset library.
• Collaborate closely with marketing managers to understand creative briefs and deliver designs accurately and on time.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator (portfolio required).
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals including layout, color theory, typography, and digital file preparation.
• Ability to accept feedback constructively and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• A clean and well-structured portfolio showcasing digital marketing creatives and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of animation tools or a willingness to learn is a plus.
• 2–4 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency environment.
