Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor who is fast, detail-oriented, and experienced in creating high-performing short-form content. You will be responsible for editing Reels, Shorts, ads, and social media videos that are engaging, trend-driven, and optimized for retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality short-form vertical videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads, UGC-style content).
• Use clean transitions, jump cuts, color grading, sound design, and pacing.
• Create strong hooks and optimize videos for platform-specific performance.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to meet project requirements.
• Manage raw footage, project files, and organize assets for fast turnaround.
• Review all edits for quality, consistency, and brand alignment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics (preferred).
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, transitions, color, and sound.
• Proven experience with short-form, social-first content (portfolio required).
• Ability to meet tight deadlines across multiple projects.
• 2–4 years of professional video editing experience (agency preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,434.74 - ₹35,826.62 per month
