WHAT YOULL DO:

  • Design, build and maintain the clients brand presence across digital platforms, extending beyond social media.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients for all things related to the management and smooth functioning of accounts and ensuring deliverables are being met.
  • Must be able to convert the client brief into an actionable marketing plan which covers internal briefing for the content, creative and performance teams
  • Analyze the success of digital campaigns and report on KPIs set down before the campaign.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to grow and develop the teams you will lead as well as effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience of 2-3 years in digital marketing, client servicing and team management
  • Capable of ideating digital campaigns that engage, inform and drive impact backed with with data-driven thinking
  • Strong operational & analytical skills with obsessive attention to detail.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Eager to learn and willing to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in English
