Senior Academic Counselor
The Senior Academic Counselor will guide students in selecting suitable courses, manage admissions, handle inquiries, and achieve enrollment targets. The role requires strong communication skills, counseling ability, and experience in student conversions and follow-ups.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about courses, career paths, and program suitability.
• Manage walk-in inquiries, telephonic leads, and online admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Guide students through enrollment, documentation, and onboarding.
• Maintain lead database, follow-ups, and conversion reports.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student support.
• Handle escalations and ensure high student satisfaction.
• Mentor and support junior counselors when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in academic counseling/admissions.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Strong target-oriented approach and ability to handle pressure.
• Good knowledge of CRM, lead management, and MS Office.
• Confident, student-friendly, and proactive personality.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
