Senior 3D Artist

We are looking for an experienced 3D Generalist & Animation Expert who can professionally train students across the complete 3D pipeline and help them create industry-ready portfolios and group projects.

Arena Animation Sector 34 A Chandigarh is a leading institute in Animation, VFX, Game Design & Development, and AVGC education. We focus on industry-oriented training, hands-on production workflows, and portfolio-driven learning to prepare students for real studio and gaming careers. Our training emphasizes practical skills, live projects, and professional mentorship to make students job-ready and industry confident.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach end-to-end 3D skills:
• Modeling, Texturing, Lighting, Rendering, and Animation
• Train students on practical, production-based workflows
• Guide group projects like:
• Environment Creation
• Game Assets & Props
• Improve student output quality and job readiness
• Mentor students for portfolios, demo reels, and interviews

Software Skills Required:

• Maya, Blender, ZBrush
• Substance Painter
• 3ds Max, AutoCAD
• Additional Advantage:
• Unreal Engine (Environment / Game Assets)
• Marvelous Designer
• V-Ray

Experience & Requirements:

• 3–7+ years of industry or training experience
• Strong understanding of 3D fundamentals & pipelines
• Prior teaching / mentoring experience preferred
• Portfolio or Showreel mandatory

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
