Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4–6 years of experience in accounting, compliance, and financial advisory. This role demands strong technical expertise, client handling ability, and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage accounting, tax compliance, and statutory deliverables

- Prepare and review GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns

- Lead internal audits, reconciliations, and MIS reporting

- Handle client communication and data coordination with professionalism

- Work on Virtual CFO mandates, budgeting, and financial advisory

- Build and review financial models for client planning and strategy

- Supervise, guide, and train junior team members

- Ensure timely execution of tasks with accuracy and ownership

Candidate Profile

Cleared CA Inter (Both Groups)

- 4–6 years of experience in a CA firm or financial services role

- Strong command over accounting standards, direct and indirect tax laws

- Hands-on expertise in Tally and MS Excel

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and mentor juniors

-Candidates must be based in Noida or Ghaziabad, or willing to relocate immediately
