Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Officer to connect with potential clients and promote our Google Ads services. This voice-based role involves explaining the value of paid advertising, identifying client needs, and converting interest into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and follow-up calls to potential business clients.
• Present Google Ads services and explain how they support business growth.
• Understand client goals and recommend appropriate SEM packages.
• Handle objections and guide clients through the decision-making process.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and onboarding.
• Maintain CRM records with lead details, call logs, and progress updates.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• 0-1 years of experience in voice-based sales or telecalling, preferably in digital marketing or IT.
• Strong verbal communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads or paid marketing is preferred.
• Ability to manage structured sales follow-ups and deal closures.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
