Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Seller Onboarding Executive to onboard sellers to our e-commerce platform. The role includes identifying potential sellers, connecting with them, explaining the platform benefits, and supporting them throughout the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential sellers through social media, Google searches, and online directories.Contact sellers via phone or WhatsApp and clearly explain platform benefits.Collect basic seller details, confirm their interest, and maintain regular follow-ups.Guide sellers through the registration process, KYC submission (PAN, GST, bank details), and account setup.Assist sellers with basic product listing and ensure they complete the onboarding process.Maintain daily trackers for leads, follow-ups, and onboarding progress.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth seller activation and provide necessary support.Ensure a consistent onboarding pipeline and build strong relationships with sellers.
