Seller Onboarding Executive

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Seller Onboarding Executive with at least 3 years of experience in onboarding and managing sellers on eCommerce platforms. You will be responsible for identifying, registering, and activating new sellers while ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential sellers, explain the GAJAB.com platform, and onboard them successfully
• Guide sellers through the registration, KYC, and catalog setup process
• Coordinate with internal teams (catalog, support, operations) to ensure sellers go live smoothly
• Ensure all documentation, listing info, and account details are complete and accurate
• Conduct basic training on how sellers can manage their accounts and grow on the platform
• Maintain regular follow-ups and provide support during the early onboarding stages

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in seller onboarding or seller support (eCommerce industry preferred)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good understanding of marketplace operations and seller lifecycle
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)
• Detail-oriented and process-driven approach
