Seles Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a results-driven attitude. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships to help drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up after sales.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams for aligned strategies.
• Maintain records in CRM or sales tracking tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or a similar role (0–2+ years).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.
