Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of test automation engineers for JD Edwards (JDE) applications. Design, develop, and maintain Selenium-based automation frameworks tailored for JDE. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business processes and translate them into automated test scripts. Drive CI/CD integration for automated testing pipelines. Ensure test coverage, quality standards, and timely delivery of automation solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Work closely with stakeholders to define automation strategy and roadmap. Monitor and report on automation progress, defects, and quality metrics. Required Skills & Expertise: Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and Java/Python for automation scripting. Proven experience in creating custom Selenium frameworks for JDE applications. Solid understanding of JDE functional flows and testing methodologies. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins). Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and pipeline integration. Expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management. Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring collaboration and high performance. Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Soft Skills: Leadership and team management. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
