Segment Manager/ Product Sales Executive

As a Sales and Presales Executive at our company in Bangalore, you will be responsible for driving demand generation and closing deals in the interest of the organization. Your role will involve closely collaborating with marketing, principal, and pre-sales technical teams to study markets, generate leads, and update CRM system regularly. Additionally, you will participate in events to boost demand and make techno-commercial proposals, negotiate deals, and complete necessary documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Study market trends and industry segments to identify opportunities for lead generation - Collaborate with internal teams to generate demand and update CRM system - Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate deals to ensure closures - Coordinate with principals and customers to meet their requirements effectively - Utilize your communication and presentation skills to position company products to prospects - Ensure profitability by demonstrating commercial acumen in deal negotiations - Align activities with set targets to achieve sales objectives - Network effectively within the sales ecosystem to enhance business opportunities Qualifications Required: - Mechanical Engineering Graduate with a strong understanding of industry segments and primary activities - 4 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the CAD-CAM-CAE industry - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in preparing technically and commercially sound sales strategies - Ability to secure internal and external support for successful deal closures Please note that the company is looking for individuals who are target-oriented, possess a Master's in Marketing Management, and have previous experience working in reputable companies within the CAD-CAM-CAE industry segment.
