Key Responsibilities

Act as the SME for the existing IAM landscape, providing solutioning, enhancements, and architectural inputs for SailPoint, CyberArk, and Ping products.

Lead implementation of new features and product upgrades, ensuring alignment with business and security requirements.

Drive operational automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions.

Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and suggest solutions rather than relying on direction for administrative tasks.

Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to design and deliver scalable IAM solutions.

Support CST hours operations, ensuring smooth business functioning and minimal disruption. Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, and Ping platforms.

Proven track record in implementation, integration, and architectural solutioning for enterprise IAM solutions.

Experience leading upgrades and implementing new product features.

Solid understanding of IAM concepts such as SSO, federation, provisioning, lifecycle management, and privileged access management.

Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience.

Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to take ownership and lead initiatives independently.
