Security Tester

As a Security Tester, you will be pivotal in identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities in our products, applications, and infrastructure. Your role will involve designing, executing, and reporting on security testing activities to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. - Design, develop, and implement security testing strategies encompassing vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and code reviews. - Identify and document security vulnerabilities and risks, delivering comprehensive reports and recommendations for mitigation. - Contribute to the formulation and execution of security policies, standards, and procedures. - Collaborate with development teams to embed security practices within the software development lifecycle. - Stay abreast of the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices. - Participate in incident response activities, offering expertise and assistance as necessary. You are required to meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in security testing or a similar role. - Profound understanding of security principles such as OWASP Top Ten, encryption, authentication, and network security. - Proficiency in utilizing security testing tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus, and OWASP ZAP. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ would be advantageous. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Preferably hold certification in security testing (e.g., OSCP, CEH, CISSP). - Experience with cloud security platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is considered a positive asset.,
