Security Supervisor

You will be responsible for the frisking of employees and helpers by security guards and Security Officers at the security gate. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining the in and out register of Veer pharmachem, Associate employees, and outsource helpers. Your duties will also include mobile deposit activities, maintaining the courier register, and distributing couriers to the respective persons and departments. You will need to thoroughly check the vehicles entering the premises. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in maintaining records of Visitors, Materials, and Vehicle IN/OUT. It will be your responsibility to ensure the timely departure of the shift vehicle from the company, as well as securing the stores and offices by locking them. You will oversee the management of keys, ensuring a proper record of issuing and depositing keys. Deployment of security guards at designated posts will also fall under your purview. In case of emergencies, you will need to execute your role effectively and maintain vigilance over the premises through patrolling. You will also be responsible for maintaining the WC policy record of third-party contracts. Additionally, you will instruct visitors to deposit certain items at the security gate for security purposes. Moreover, in the event of an emergency, you will need to communicate with EHS&S, Factory head, and HR department through phone or walkie-talkie, ensuring proper coordination and response to the situation. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred - Experience: Total work experience of 4 years, with 4 years in security required **Benefits:** - Food provided - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Provident Fund **Work Location:** Hybrid remote in Jhagadia, Gujarat.,
