Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily Operations Supervise and inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, back-of-house, and staff accommodations. Allocate daily tasks and duty rosters to room attendants and janitors. Ensure timely turn-down service and room readiness for guest check-ins. Monitor daily stock of cleaning materials and linen usage. 2. Quality Control Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and adherence to Flora Hotel standards. Report maintenance issues to the engineering team and follow up until resolved. Ensure pest control, deep cleaning, and spring cleaning schedules are followed. 3. Staff Supervision and Training Train new housekeeping staff on SOPs, hygiene, safety, and etiquette. Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve service delivery. Promote teamwork and maintain discipline within the housekeeping team. 4. Guest Satisfaction Attend to guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping and resolve them promptly. Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth room turnovers and VIP arrangements. 5. Inventory and Documentation Keep records of room inspections, lost & found items, cleaning schedules, and stock levels. Assist in maintaining housekeeping inventory and raising requisitions when needed.
