1. Guest Room Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies as per hotel standards. Change bed linens, replenish amenities (toiletries, towels, etc.), and ensure proper room setup. Report maintenance issues (leaks, damages, malfunctioning equipment) to the engineering team. 2. Public Area & Lobby Maintenance: Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture in corridors, lobbies, and elevators. Ensure restrooms in public areas are clean and well-stocked. Maintain cleanliness of pool areas, fitness centers, and other facilities (if applicable). 3. Laundry & Linen Management: Collect soiled linens and deliver them to the laundry department. Fold and store clean linens in designated areas. Handle guest laundry requests professionally (if applicable). 4. Safety & Compliance: Follow COVID-19/hygiene protocols (sanitization, PPE use). Adhere to OSHA and hotel safety standards (chemical handling, wet floor signs). Report lost & found items to the supervisor. 5. Guest Interaction & Service: Respond to guest requests (extra towels, pillows) promptly and courteously. Maintain a discreet and professional presence to respect guest privacy.
