Security Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Team Management: Lead, train, and schedule security guards across all shifts.
  
• Access Control: Oversee entry/exit points, verify visitors & vendors, and maintain visitor records.
  
• Surveillance: Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems in real-time.
  
• Patrolling & Inspection: Conduct regular rounds of the premises, parking, and common areas.
  
• Emergency Handling: Act as first responder during incidents, coordinate with police/fire departments when required.
  
• Reporting: Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and update building management regularly.
  
• Resident Service: Address security concerns politely and ensure a visible professional presence.
  
• Equipment Monitoring: Check security tools & fire safety equipment, report faults for maintenance.

Requirements

Education:

• Minimum: High School Diploma (10+2) or equivalent.
  
• Preferred: Certification in security/safety management.

Experience:

• 3–5 years in security operations.
  
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/team leader role (residential preferred).
