Role & responsibilities Supervise and coordinate security and ensure all the protocols are in line with the organization. Ensure all updates on local, state, and federal laws concerning security and safety, along with industry best practices. Conduct a regular inspections of the premises. Monitoring access points, surveillance systems, and other security equipment. Look after security checks during shift change to oversee the transition between shifts. Maintaining all records of documenting incidents, inspections, training and logs of security personal. Ensure that all security polices and procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to by the security team. Coordinate EHS team for seamless integration of safety and security protocols, crisis and emergency management. Collaborate with internal team to align security objectives.
