Security Supervisor

As a Security Supervisor in the hotel industry located in South Goa, your primary responsibility will be supervising guards to ensure a secure and safe environment within the premises. This includes initiating disciplinary measures when necessary to maintain order and compliance among the security personnel. You will also be required to respond promptly to emergencies and security breaches to ensure the safety of guests and staff. Monitoring surveillance and alarm systems will be a crucial part of your role, where you will actively check CCTV cameras and alarm systems for any unusual activities or potential threats. In case of any incidents, it will be your responsibility to respond promptly and effectively to mitigate the situation and prevent further escalation. This is a full-time and permanent position that offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule will involve day shifts, night shifts, and rotational shifts as required to maintain security coverage at all times.
