Security Reference Management Analyst

As a Security Reference Management Analyst in Pune, you will be responsible for maintaining financial security data on Fixed Income, Equities, and Derivatives within the security master systems CADIS and APEX. Your role will involve researching, inputting, and validating financial security data, understanding the data reflected in the system, and updating it based on your research. You will support various internal departments such as Portfolio Management Group, Trade Support, Client Reporting, and more by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial security data across multiple systems. Your responsibilities will also include supporting quality control reports, data cleanup projects, and collaborating with different operational areas within the company. - Research, input, and validate financial security data in CADIS and APEX - Maintain multiple workflows and support various accounting systems - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies in financial security data - Support quality control reports and data cleanup projects - Document processes and create formal procedures - Ensure integrity, accuracy, and consistency of security data across multiple systems - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relevant discipline - Minimum of two years experience processing and validating data with attention to detail - Track record of outstanding professional or academic performance - Excellent analytical, financial, and technical skills - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work well under pressure, independently, and in a team - Strong ability to collaborate and present results to expert and non-expert audiences This role will provide you with exposure to every major financial instrument under Fixed Income, Equities, and Derivatives, allowing you to understand the impact of security makeup on investment activities.
