Security Operations Center Analyst

As a Security Operations Center Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to cybersecurity threats in operational technology (OT) environments to safeguard critical industrial systems. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor OT security alerts and events via SIEM and OT monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Forescout, and SentinelOne - Perform initial triage and prioritization of security incidents - Escalate high-severity or complex issues to L2 analysts or SOC management - Support containment and mitigation steps in line with incident playbooks - Document incidents, observations, and actions in ticketing systems - Assist with compliance reporting, vulnerability assessments, and security audits - Stay updated on OT-specific threats, attack vectors, and cybersecurity trends - Participate in 24/7 shift-based operations when required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field - 1-3 years of experience in SOC or security monitoring, preferably in OT/industrial environments - Preferred certifications: GICSP, CEH, ICS-CERT, CompTIA Security+, Splunk, Forescout, SentinelOne, or other relevant OT/ICS cybersecurity certifications (Note: This position is based in Bangalore, India),
